When Derrick Rose rocked a t-shirt with his son P.J.Rose’s face on it, it damn near broke the internet. The company that produced the tee, Ziptank, was inundated with order requests from fans of the the little guy, everyone wanted a piece of P.J. Rose’s little meme face (I copped the shirt as soon I saw it, no way I was missing out).
Earlier this week, P.J. (along with his Mum, Mieka Reese and her business partner, Kaeya Majmundar) appeared on Chicago based, daytime talk show, Windy City Live, to talk about the hype surrounding the shirt and to showcase the Bulliesbrand collection.
Of course, the star of the show was Pooh Junior. Sporting a sweater with his own face on it, P.J. had the show’s host Val Warner and the audience in the palm of his hand from the moment he let his personality shine. Check it out…
After watching that, how can you not love the charismatic little fashionista? He has inspired a clothing line, he’s a die hard Ninja Turtle fan, can break dance (and whip and nae nae with the best of them) and even sports the same high top fade as his Daddy, who he’s now more famous than.
We give P.J. Rose two thumbs up and officially declare him the coolest kid in the NBA.
Sorry, Riley.
Note: After the show went to air, Ziptanks made mention on Instagram that they had sold over half of their inventory on that day. So if you’re in the market for some P.J.
